Your own identity in a Dutch environment
Cross-cultural competence – Advanced is the continuation of Cross-cultural competence – Basics and is a training course for non-Dutch employees. This consists of five half-days in two days with an overnight stay plus homework. The training course focuses on the deeper integration of the skills of the basic training and a further identification with the organization. The point is that the participant uses his / her own competence and motivation in such a way that he makes an optimal contribution to the Dutch organization. This training also teaches the student to deal with views and behavior with which he sabotages himself / herself.
